Hi, I got the same problem. Reinstalling the package is not possible since the version (6.5.1) does not match with the newest version. Where can I find the ITSM-Packages for the Znuny 7?

I have now found the intended way via "Remove mention" in the AgentTicketMentionView. But if I use this button I get a network error with folling message Znuny detected possible network issues. You could either try reloading this page manually or wait until your browser has re-established ...
