Notification to multiple customers users/ customer group

Hi there,

I want to send a notification to multiple customers in case of an ticket create. Is there any way to send the notification based on the user group or the linked services? I saw the option with groups in viewtopic.php?t=28460 but the group notification feature only seams to be for agents.

My use case: I'm running a system which will send an ticket to my OTRS if there is any error. Some customers (more than 20 customer users) want to receive this information aswell.
