Hello Everyone.
I'm having a bit of a hard time getting some information from the Active Directory.
We have a field, in this case, the manager field, whenever we map it using the LDAP mapping module, we get the full value of the field, in our case is "CN=username,OU=Organization..." and so on.
My question is, is it possible to parse the string that's being returned from the Active Directory, so that the value that appears in the manager field for the customer user is on what's in front of the "CN="?
I'm not sure if this helps but I'm using OTRS 6 and RHEL 8.4 as my OS
Thanks in advance

Re: Parsing string from Active Directory
Hi,
This needs development. The only alternative I knew is a commercial module which solves this.
