We just performed a migration from OTRSCE to Znuny (6.5.6) and have almost everything working correctly except we cannot figure out how to make the boxes beside the Workorder States to be anything but grey (especially for decision orders). We would like authorized decision orders to be green.
I have gone through system configuration looking for every keyword I can think of and cannot find a setting that is different between the OTRSCE version and Znuny so it's time to reach out to the community.
Specifically on page index.pl?Action=AgentITSMChangeZoom *screenshot1* this workorder is authorized but remains grey
And on page index.pl?Action=AgentITSMWorkOrderZoom *screenshot2* this is the same workorder showing Authorized
Any suggestions on what is required to accomplish this would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Jason

Re: ITSM Colors on Workorder State boxes
Hello Jason,
You can change the color of the states with these two settings:
“ITSMChange::State::Signal”
“ITSMWorkOrder::State::Signal”
The second setting is the one you're looking for. Here is a link to all possible options.
It could be possible that you've lost some settings for the Change Management extension while migrating, if the work order state used to show up in a different color.
Best

Re: ITSM Colors on Workorder State boxes
worked perfect thanks for the assist!
For anyone else who runs into this it appears that at least some of the variable names in ITSMWorkOrder::State::Signal need to have the first letter capitalized (Authorized and Completed for sure) where in ITSMChange::State::Signal all varaibles appear to be all lowercase.
Thanks,
Jason

Re: ITSM Colors on Workorder State boxes
Exactly. It's important to use the capitalization as defined in the general catalog under “ITSM::ChangeManagement::Change::State” and “ ITSM::ChangeManagement::WorkOrder::State”. The default states get translated in die GUI (from lowercase to uppercase) and need to be entered in lowercase. But as soon as you add custom states, you'll most likely use uppercase.
