SimpleGateway Integration

I am considering using ORTS for my company and would like to know if anyone has integrated SimpleGateway from http://www.simple-help.com into the software successfully?

I am looking for something that will allow me to expand upon the capabilities of that software and OTRS was specifically mentioned on their website for SimpleHelp integration.

Any info would be great!

I should add that this would probably be installed onto a Windows 2003 or Windows 2008 server system.

Yes, the OTRS Inc uses this software in it's remote support of customers.

SimpleHelp even have an own plugin for the OTRS Frontend.
