Dear all,
first of all I want to express my deepest appreciation for this community and the recent foundation of the OTTER alliance. I - as probably many other - was very worried about the future of the "free" OTRS and disappointed by the promises made 2 years ago. Now there seems a way out for the enthusiastic modders.
I've noticed that xxx furthermore took down the API documentation which I used alot (https://otrs.github.io/doc.otrs.com/doc ... index.html).
Could someone maybe host another page with the html parsed perldoc files for easy access ? If that's already available, could you please provide a link ?As for ITSM I'm using the page provided by Mr. Bäcker (many thanks): https://otrs.perl-services.de/ITSMConfi ... nt/rel-6_0

Re: OTRS API documentation
Hello,
I've noticed the developer documentation removal too.
As I develop custom modules for the OTRS instance of my company, this is really bothering me. I've sent a message to OTRS to ask them about this issue, here's their response:

Edit: they just put back the API documentation for OTRS 7 and 8 for those who were planning to upgrade. Thanks for your interest in the formerly published developer's guide. The documentation that used to be online is no longer valid and was removed for this reason. We do not expect to publish this again at this time; however the admin documentation offers insight into the generic interface and other options for customizing your OTRS instance. This might be usable as a replacement solution for your use case. If you have further questions, please let us know.

Re: OTRS API documentation
Hi,
Thanks for letting us know. I wouldn't dare to do this. Who knows how reliable and trustworthy this company is during the next years?
